Introduction: Lipoma is a common benign tumour of soft tissue. Although occurence in the trunk and proximal portions extremities. Aims: To signifies importance diagnosis that lipoma should be ruled out case any facial swelling general dental practice. Case Report: Only few cases or its variants have been reported oral cavity. accounting to about 1 5 % all neoplasms Other connective tissue lesions such as granular cell tumour, neurofibroma, traumatic fibroma salivary gland (mucocele mixed tumour) might included differential diagnosis. Discussion: We here describe this rare occurence, clinical histological presentation emphasize on possibility for Conclusion: In study practice lipomas may show an increase size, if left untreated.
